
HOUSING SERVICES
HTL’s Housing Project targets Same Gender Loving Men. Program participants must be HIV+ men, 18+.
EMERGENCY HOUSING
This program houses individuals for up to 120 days, during which they will have a social detox setting while participating in our Substance Abuse Education and Counseling Program.
TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
This program is shared living space housing individuals for up to 2yrs, during which while participating in a Recovery Plan.
Our Phoenix Rising Housing Project is a seamless continuity of housing services for up to two (2) years.
Referral-based and/or have graduated from our Phoenix Rising Housing Emergency Services.
Housed individuals must be:
- 18+
- Diagnosed with HIV
- Meet certain income guidelines
Have a source of income per HUD guidelines (30%) pays toward rent.
TENANT-BASED RENTAL ASSISTANCE (TBRA)
This program is Subsidized Rental Housing HUD requires 30% paid toward rent. Individuals for up to 2yrs, during which while participating in a Recovery Plan.
How It Works
Housing appointments can take up to three hours to beaccepted into the program. Submitting documents virtually can speed up the process.
1Screening Packet
Begin by completing the screening packet to determine your initial eligibility for the program.
2Clinical Assessment
Next, meet with the recovery team for a clinical assessment tailored to your needs.
3Housing Assessment
Participate in a housing assessment with the housing team to evaluate your eligibility for housing services.
4Meeting with The team
Finally, attend a meeting with all teams to collaboratively make a final decision and outline your next steps.
