Our founder and Executive Director, Dr. Patricia Brown, continues to provide leadership and support to this growing organization.
Deputy Director

Our Deputy Director, Michael Banner, has led the agency since May 2016. He came to Here's To Life with over 18 years of experience working in the HIV field. Michael Banner was a major organizer of Atlanta's first World AIDS Day mega HIV testing event. He is also a certified Addiction Counselor and Supervisor.

Our Mission

The mission of Here’s to Life, Inc. is to eradicate the suffering brought on by the substance use disorders in adults and youth in metropolitan Atlanta by providing individualized addiction and other behavioral health counseling services and education.

Agency Description

Here’s To Life, Inc. is a non-profit, community based-agency that provides quality education and counseling to individuals who are experiencing or are at risk for substance use disorders. HTL’s goal is to develop and implement activities and programs for individuals and their families that will prevent and/or provide appropriate treatment of substance use disorders. Here’s to Life will provide a safe atmosphere for individuals to address freely their addiction as well as the behaviors typically developed through active drug/alcohol use. It is our intention to ensure that our communities are well informed about the ramifications of substance abuse, HIV, STD’s, domestic violence and other negative issues that plague our communities. HTL offers an array of services that include individual, group and family counseling, behavioral health training and development, and community outreach.
